✨ Reiki Offerings

All sessions are offered in a grounded, compassionate, and client-led space. Reiki supports emotional and energetic well-being and does not replace medical or mental health care. You are always in control of your experience.

🌿 Reiki Reset

45–60 minutes | $90

A gentle Reiki session designed to calm the nervous system, ground the body, and restore energetic balance. This session is quiet, supportive, and restorative, without deep emotional processing.

Stress, anxiety, overstimulation, emotional heaviness, or maintenance care

🔥 Heartfire Holding

Attuned Emotional & Somatic Reiki Support
60–75 minutes | $120

Heartfire Holding offers steady, compassionate support for emotions to be safely felt and held within the body. This work centers nervous system regulation and emotional presence rather than analysis, fixing, or forced release.

Intuition is used to support pacing, safety, and attunement. Some sessions may feel subtle—subtle does not mean ineffective.

Best for:
Grief, burnout, emotional overwhelm, relationship transitions, or tender life seasons

Focus:

• Emotional safety and regulation
• Body-based emotional movement
• Compassionate holding and integration

Spirit-Led Collaborative Reiki
75 minutes | $145

A fluid, intuitive Reiki session guided in collaboration with spirit. Sessions unfold in real time through attunement and responsiveness rather than a fixed structure. Tools, insights, practices, movement, or silence may arise as needed.

The emphasis is on meeting what is present and allowing direction to emerge together, rather than delivering answers or outcomes.

Spiritual exploration, intuitive support, moments calling for collaboration with spirit, or sessions that benefit from flexibility and responsiveness

Inner treasure hunt:
$100 for 30 min service
Through guided “treasure hunts” of the soul and shadow work, I help clients navigate dark nights of the soul, Saturn returns, and pivotal life transitions. Together, we uncover hidden truths, restore clarity, and create direction when life feels confusing or heavy.

Peeling Back the Layers:
$150 for 20-30 min energy session
Alongside this inner journey, I provide practices for releasing tension, stress, and both emotional and physical pain—supporting you in letting go of what no longer serves so you can embody more freedom, balance, and empowerment in your life.

With a gentle, nurturing approach, I create a safe and calming space for deep relaxation and energetic alignment. My work is intuitive, deeply personal, and uniquely tailored to each soul’s journey - helping women reduce stress, restore balance, and embrace a more peaceful, joyful state of being and living.

Balancing Reiki Sessions - $125 for 45 min
“Individually tailored to each client, these sessions support stress release, chakra balancing, and overall harmony. Ho'oponopono (an ancient Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and release) and affirmations may also be integrated, helping clients let go of old patterns and emotional burdens."
