I am a certified Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner in Holy Fire III Reiki and 5 Element Dragon Fire Reiki, as well as a PME Energy Practitioner, Pyramid Frequency Practitioner, and Medium. 5 Element Dragon Fire Reiki™ Classes

Learn how to channel Reiki energy for yourself and others through the lens of the 5 Elements. Perfect for beginners and practitioners ready to deepen their healing practice. There are nine levels total, each building on the last. Students who are already a Reiki Master in any lineage may begin with Levels 4–8 in any order.

I am a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) practitioner as well as an Ayurvedic practitioner.  My trainings (700 hour training in BCST & 600 hour training in Ayurveda) had me delving deeply into anatomy, embryology, stillness, and learning to listen to the inner wisdom of the body. My work now weaves together the beautiful nuances of the various lineages and trainings.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST):

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle and noninvasive approach based on Osteopathic principles. Sessions are conducted with clients fully clothed, lying comfortably on a massage table. During the session, the practitioner intentionally slows their own bodily tempo, inviting the client’s body to reflect this state of stillness. This process encourages the body to return to its natural state of health.

Practitioners draw upon their knowledge of anatomy and utilize subtle touch to attentively listen to the client’s body. The primary goal of BCST is to facilitate and support the body's inherent capacity for health, with a particular focus on enhancing the function of the nervous system. By optimizing nervous system activity, BCST contributes to overall physiological wellbeing.

This treatment offers a gentle and effective approach to relaxation, rebalancing, and restoration of the body, mind, and spirit.  When we allow ourselves to truly rest, our bodies possess remarkable abilities to heal.

Abhyanga: Full-Body Ayurvedic Oil Treatment:

Abhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that involves the application of warm, herbal, crystal-infused oils over the entire body. The oil is applied using choreographed strokes that are designed to calm the mind and facilitate deep relaxation of the muscles. This process rejuvenates both the mind and body by improving lymphatic flow, reducing the effects of aging, and replenishing the bodily tissues while supporting healthy circulation. The treatment nourishes the deeper tissues, softens the skin, and encourages detoxification of the body.

Abhyanga offers grounding benefits and helps restore balance to the body's subtle energy systems. It supports the nervous system by alleviating stress, anxiety, and muscle tension. It boosts immune function and contributes to overall health and well-being. This therapy is particularly effective for reducing stress, as well as providing relief for muscle tension, chronic fatigue, multiple sclerosis, depression, fibromyalgia, and Parkinson's disease.
